What cause the vibration?

I finally upgrade the strut and cable to 0.187? but the speed seem slower. I also notice the boat vibrates too much when I rev the engine. What cause the vibration?

Are you reving the boat out of the water? If so - stop. Always run with the prop in the water, other than for a quick blip to confirm rotation direction.

”Seem slower” - did you measure it? Are you running the same prop and exactly the same strut setting as before? What boat and setup?

Ah I tested it without water so I felt vibration but after recalibrate the esc, the boat seem normal again.
