Help on a home built tunnel

I have no knowledge of electric. I ran nitro back in the eighties. Now my grandson has a react rtr and I want something to run also. I have a scratch built tunnel, 27 inches long that was built for the K&B .21 outboard. I am looking at the mini outboard 3000KV.
So what batteries, esc, radio and charger would support this and is there a better motor versus what I picked out.

If you still have the k&b lower unit you can get a conversion unit.
4s batteries 50c and 7000 of higher
Aquacraft 1800kv motor works well,but hard to find. Leopard 3660 2000kv is faster, also works well.
Flysky 90amp of 150amp esc. Ose has these and they have longer wires and presoldered motor wire connectors .
438 and 440 2 blade Cnc props from ose work well.
