Hey guys, hoping I could get some recommendations on a mono hull to start a build on. I am looking for advise on hulls in the 48 to50 inch size. Been looking at MHZ hulls as well as the ML Boatworks mono but am open to others. I am wanting something that can handle a little rougher water than my Zonda can handle. I am limited to early morning or just before dark with the Zonda presently. I am sorta leaning toward the MHZ Ocean Spray but am open to other recommendations from more experienced builders. Thanks,

Seaducer has a pretty sweet looking mono around that size.
Doesn’t sound like you will be racing?"Look good doin' it"

Take a close look in the video screenshot at the front deadrise as the boat passes on the front straight; the wetted surface is short for a 48" hull - less wetted surface = less parasitic drag = less power consumption/more speed. These hulls are specifically made for IC racing and are way studier than a Chinese hull (not that there's anything wrong with Chinese hulls). Be interesting to see how a FE version would turn out
