Twin drive, Same motors, different shafts.

    Team,
I'm building my first twin, A BBY liftmaster
I will be powering it with twin Neu 1521, 1Y (1577 kv) on 8s.

The motors I have on hand have different shafts sizes. a 5MM and an 8mm.
    Question is:
Am I setting my self up for problems with different shafts?
Will the difference in rotating mass cause an dynamic imbalance?
Will it cause a difference in the throttle response?

    Thanks for your thoughts,
    Larry

Yeah I am sure there will be some slight differences in behavior between the 2, and if you were putting them in the sponsons of a cat, i would get a matching pair, but with the props right next to eachother in a rigger I would run them without thinking twice.
