    Loctite to use?

My wire drive came loose from my stub shaft. Which loctite do I use?

Naturally Darren, I had the 603 plugged in to Amazon and changed it to 648. Well now I?ll have both. Thank you for answering

Both 603 and 648 are oil tolerant, 648 is better for tighter tolerances, 603 can handle looser fits. I use 648 for joining flex cables to stub shafts.

The 603 works well. Fills in the voids left by the cables strands, etc.

648 would be good for doing wire-drives.

Oh no! I canceled the 648 and the 603. I am trying to repair the wire drive. I guess I miss the race I don?t want to lose my prop

Gary, I use the 603 for both, so if you got that, you're good.

When I ran mostly wire drives all I used was 603. The only joint which failed was made with compound more than a year past the expiration date.
