      The Kep?s plans are a free download, the only person I know making them is Brad Nichols up here in Canada.
      You could send him a message to see if he can help you out. He?s built a ton of Jae?s and Kep?s for people all over the place.

                  I was looking at the freebie plans recently but the only one I could download was the 2s mini rigger. The other outrigger plans wouldn't download.
