Prop shaft lubrication oiler VS grease

    Hello,
I am new to this forum and have ran RC boats in the past always using grease for the prop shaft but I now am embarking on a new project of a 56" catamaran with a setup of twin brushless motors. I have seen and read about oiling/ oil systems of prop shafts and I am asking if there is an advantage from one form of lubrication type then the other.

    Thank you
    Peter

Oil isnt good because it burns off too fast compared to grease. I would stick to using grease.
