    Powering a new build

I have finished building a 56 inch hydroplane/ missbudweiser type boat. Now I need to power it. Can anyone offer help on selecting motor, esc, prop and shaft , rudder, etc. Steve v had offered me a list last year but I can?t find it now. Thanks up front. Rich johnston

Thanks for helping. I was looking at about a $600 budget. I?d like to use a good sized brushless motor. Don?t remember what Steve V. Recommend. Speed is important, of course 😎

How many cells? You probably will be looking at a TP5670 with a 600-800KV range a HV 300A ESC.

You will want 1/4 flex cable. Prop will depend on boat weight and kV.
