IF COUNTER CLOCKWISE IS NORMAL ROTATION ON THE PROP HOW DO YOU TELL IF YOU HAVE THE CORRECT ROTATION FLEX SHAFT? Will the wires in the flex shaft be higher on the right side of the shaft or higher on the left side of the shaft?

If you look at the Right Hand prop at the top of the picture, The cable twist runs the same way as the prop.
This is a Right Hand cable, and should only be used with a Right Hand Prop.
The Prop in the bottom of the picture is a Left Hand Prop, and the cable twist is a Left Hand Twist.
This Left Hand cable should only be used with a Left Hand Prop.
In a twin drive with left and right hand props, If you ever want to change from inboard to outboard rotation, always change the cables and the props together. Left hand cable with a left hand prop, and Right hand cable with a Right hand prop - Then just reveres both motors.
When you ask ( will the wire be higher on the left or right side of the cable for a left hand prop?)
When Looking From the REAR of the boat- a Left hand cable will be farther away from you on the Left side of the cable.
A right hand cable will be farther away from you on the right side of the cable.
NOTE -I say Looking from the Rear of the boat, Because in Europe they refer to everything looking from the front of the boat. So if you order a Right Hand Prop or cable from Europe you will receive a Left Hand prop or cable,
