Need Advice Setting Up The Zonda!!

I have to replace everything. So what motors , ESC's receiver and radio should I use?? Want a to go really fast!! Bigger everything is want to do.

See the first post .He doesn't give much info. What ever he did he set the boats up identically and burned them both.
