What is the best tool to use to drill a hole in the hull to mount an antenna through? Particularly carbon fiber.

For the thin carbon or glass that I am likely to have in the non structural areas that I would mount an antenna, I use a diamond or carbide burr to grind the hole, rather than a drill bit to cut it. It results in a ready sanded hole and has much less chance of tearing the edges.
