You could probably buy the stock rudder assembly for the Veles as well as the upgraded dual pick-up rudder blade for the UL19/Veles and retro fit them to Your Blackjack V3. That starts to get expensive buy those parts new. You can also look at installing a through hull pick-up and using that as your second water source.
