dumb question about tunnel hulls

are ml boatworks and woodstuff the same company? looking for a wood hull kit to build for a fast electric.

I be leave the original line of ML Boatworks tunnels can now be found at PTI racing, many more choices there. I only see one wood kit at ML B, 30" for P-limited or nitro .21 must be a new design! Don't know about, cant find anything on woodstuff?
