I have a customer looking to get into 1/10th scale hydro and needs help

He's trying to figure out which hardware he can use that can be used in those scale classes. It doesn't have to be from OSE. Im just looking to help him move in the right direction?

I'm not a 1/10 scale racer but since no ones chiming in (Leonard ?) here's some stuff :

Is there a rule on length and width of rudder for 1/10 scale hydro? And, what set-up are the 1/10th scale racers running?

One thing to explore is whether the boat will be on a clockwise (local clubs may do this) or counter-clockwise course per National rules - this can dictate shaft rotation, prop choice and turn fin location.
