What mah rating for lipo required for Leopard 2860 4050 KV ?

Hi all have a Leopard 2860 4050 KV b/l motor sitting on the shelf that i want to put into a 23'' mono hull . For lipo i have a 2s 3000 mah 40c . Would that lipo have enough mah rating for this set up ? Im considering to start with x430 prop . Regards Andris Golts.

That pack should be fine as long as you trust the C rating. The motor is max rated for 85 amps so if you don’t go crazy with prop choice a theoretical pack discharge maximum of 120 amps will work.
