Transmitter on first, receiver second but what about a UBEC?

I suppose a basic question but after installing my first UBEC it occurred to me that there may be a specific startup/shutdown procedure when a UBEC is fitted. With the transmitter selected on and main power connection made should the receiver be then powered before initialising the ESC to on, please?

It has always been the method of; Turn transmitter on firstly then turn on receiver and vice versa when turning off the radio. This goes with the ubec aswell as its part of the onboard receiver side of the radio.
