Anyone know much about how good Bill Oxideans Dominator hull is? Im thinking of maybe purchasing the bare hull since im not too keen on the inline battery, motor and servo setup.

You can also purchase the bare hull directly from the manufacturer, dymotorshop

    Darin Jordan has a few.

Here's a bit of a build thread I did over on R/C Groups a couple of years ago. I really like the boat. Strong, light, crisp sharp edges, & no rockers or hooks in the bottom of the hull.
There's a video of it coming from last to first in a race, before I had it tuned up properly, on the last page.

But since we are only allowed to run a single 1p battery, the setup is all inline, which I see you are not too keen on. But you might get a couple of ideas from the thread anyway.

The Dominator hull is a good one. There are a couple of companies selling them, including Bill.
