Im new at this, not sure if Im explaining this right ,but here goes !!!!
OK, bought a gool rc gc001 I open the box ,charged the boat battery, put six new double a battery's in the transmitter connected boat battery put the boat in the
water, got solid green light to transmitter, tried to go and nothing, checked everything three times, still nothing, its totally dead nothing moves in the boat at all,
transmitter s lights come on red on the left and green on the right ,but thats all, nothing from the boat, ,this was to be a gift for a kid,and its very disappointing I cant give it too him to play with, its literally brand new,and wont work at all. also
If I leave the boat battery unplugged and turn the controller on then the green light indicates that it paired with the receiver. This should not be possible with the receiver having no power.
If I plug the boat battery in first, ensuring the receiver and servo is connected, then turn on the transmitter, the same thing happens with the green light. I have also done this with the boat in water and the same thing happens.
Turning on the controller before the boat makes the same thing happen.
In all cases, input to the controller has no effect on the boat. No rudder movement. No throttle forward or backward.
Based on prior experience with 2.4GHz remote control systems it would appear that this system is not pairing properly.
