36" vintage glass mono

Picked up a 36" glass nitro mono at a garage sale...no running gear...hull solid..looking to go FE...no saw runs but...55 or so..?? Motor and KV recommendations....? Thanks.

Whatcha got around for Batteries? 6s would be good, a 4082 or 4092 size motor in the 1200-1600kv range would work well. I would stick with 12-1400 myself. A 240 speedy good to 8s would be ideal.

Batts..2. 3s 5000 50c. Sk 180 speedy....was kinda thinkin along the same motors you mentioned....not sure which one yet....Thanks.

this old glass mono could have some weight so go big on power.

I would think as mentioned above, 4082 / 4092 lower kv sizes.
