Does sound to be bad prop cavitation to me. don,t be too concerned about different motor timings on your motor as very little difference would be noticed from 0 - 15 degress unless your racing. waite for the 440 x 3 prop and all should be fine.
Good advice Rol... I went down an oddessy of strut changes and CG changes, only to have to back it all out when I put a good prop on it. I had modified the sponsons, and almost took it all off! What a mistake that would have been.
