Is anyone familiar with this Sea Drifter hydro?

Does anyone know anything about this Sea Drifter hydro? (other than the motor/esc package doesn't hold up?

If you do know anything about this or are familiar with it, do you have pictures of the underside?

    Thanks!

        Hmmmmm......

I just have to figure out how to buy one.........not 15 or 15,000!

And come up with funds. I'm just not sure about all of that surface in the water towards the transom.

Ben, the rudder length seems extreme and the motor hook up looks strange

I inquired about a hull only a while back and never got a answer. I think it looks different and I like the size. However I don't want one that I can't rig myself.

A good friend of mine, Ira, has run the catamaran, and the mono.
The cat is fast, but can't turn at speed. The mono is great, but what they all have in common is the elect is junk. I have been told that the motor doesn't last 20 minutes.

Take what you want from what I was told and run with it!

                  Sweet! We have a video!

Thanks Ozzie! Do you have any pictures of underneath? And what are your impressions on this boat, having run it and changed out the power plant?

yea in the video it was not run at full speed it is really fast. we have spent quit alot of time getting it sorted trying to keep the front down. as it runs a rather large prop and will lift the front out of the water at command. we are trying to sort out a turn fin at the moment to try and get it to corner better if i get some more video i will post it. one thing tho the flex shaft is not joined to the shaft properly it needs soldering as u will be lucky to get 5 feet with it and have seen 3 of these boats do it. speedie would be good for a small boat not drawring to many amps.motor would be good for paper wieght.

Send a picture of the underneath please when you can and also include a picture of the back of the sponsom up close, maybe someone on OSE here may have a solution for the turn fin.
