guys thinking of going to 2 x 5000 mah - 30c - 2s lipo packs and set these up in paralell . would this then make the 2 x packs 1 x 10000 mah - 60c - 4s ? thanks.

2 in parallel (pos bridged, neg bridged) doubles the mAh, keeps the same C rate, and keeps the same voltage. Effective amps is doubled from 150 amps to 300 amps (10.0 Ah x 30C).
2 in series (pos to esc, neg to other battery's pos, other battery's neg to esc) keeps the mAh, keeps the same C rate, but doubles the voltage.
2x 5000 mAh 2S 30C in parallel would give you a 10000 mAh 2S 30C battery. Putting another pair in series (4x 2S) would increase that to 4S.
