4060 is a 92mm motor 6200 max watts. It will be very fast but need many more ma's to feed it and pull over 200 amps easily. Bigger batteries and larger ESC will take up critical space that a rigger is short of, plus add weight. Sometimes it comes down to weight to HP efficiency. 4 engine dragsters never dominated the quarter mile. Very fast might be less than you think as my 1415 is pretty quick and doesn't stress a 150 amp esc.

A 1515 should be capable of mid to high 60's and not take down a 180 unless you over prop it. 5800 ma is plenty as I would think 3000-4000ma would make a 6 lap heat. In my P mono with a 1515 1Y that is about what it uses. 1450 and ABC 1816/17/38 would be where I would start.
