stuffing tube upgrade

I have converted my Genesis to NO liner and am going to do the same with a Pursuit and before I order a 1/4 stuffing tube for 3/16 flex w no liner
does anyone make a brass tube that can slide inside the existing stuffing tube just like the nylon liners do....ya I know Im looking at this from a lazy point of view... but hey worth an ask???

Measure your existing tube, and assuming its a standard K&S size, the next size down will slip right in.
