4 cell =16.8v X 10amps = 168 watts so charging your packs at 10 amps should be no issue, (5800mah 2C=11.6amps a little under 2C) but what brand of charger are you using? and can you find out if it balances each cell individually? And what the process your charger goes thru when cells are unbalanced? The more you know about your charger the better off and safer you and your cells will be. I use FMA chargers which are the safest and most technologically advanced chargers on the market. While you should NEVER leave your batteries unattended while charging, I would feel extremely confident leaving mine alone because of the process in which the chargers go thru to charge, balance and to bring unbalanced cells to match the rest of the pack. If you have 2 chargers you can run them off that one power supply at 10 amps each but make sure your PS is cooled b/c it will get warm, and your wire length from the charger to the PS is not too long (under 12") or that will generate heat (resistance) too.
when to charge pack ?
