how do you seal cowl locks from allowing water to intrude into the boat when it is flipped upside down.

you can use something like small plastic lid /cups that you silicon glue to the inside of canopy, water will get into the cups but not into the boat hull.

I disassemble them and put an O-ring between the spring and cup. Seems to seal well enough on my boats.
