was the problem with the v3 180 amp fixed ? awhile back there were problems with shutting off even though the lvc was disabled. looking to buy one and dont want to have to return it. thanks for any assistance.

i have 2 of the v3 180,s, one did shut down within 30 secounds of running until someone mentioned i should add a seperate rx battery and not use the inbuilt bec, this worked well. the other esc is still running the inbuilt bec and all is fine so i think some are good and some are not as good but the fix is the seperate receiver battery pack. -
I have 4 of the v3's and have never had that issue but I always run an external BEC, no receiver pack's needed for mine. The newest I have is about a year old though too, they could've had a bad batch last summer. I think that's when the issue's were popping up.Comment
