    AquaCraft VS1 Tunnel

I just checked this morning and it looks like the new AquaCraft VS1 Racing Tunnel Hulls are now available... "In Stock, Limited Quantities"...

Based on our experience with the TS-2 and various other OPC Tunnels that we've tested with FE trim, this should make an outstanding P-Spec OPC Tunnel... I'm expecting it to be as fast as my WoodStuff tunnel, maybe faster, but to handle and corner measurably better...

For those of you who haven't make the leap to P-OPC... these are VERY fun boats to drive and race... And very reasonable on the wallet... $$$

This one doesn't use a box for the tank!

(which means it will be easier to fit batteries in this hull!)

I'll be building a full-length box for mine that just drops in... just like I did on my TS-2 and WoodStuff 28... I like the idea of being able to just pop the box out and convert it back to Nitro if I ever decide to sell...

Plus, we tried running them with the batteries outside of a sealed box and even with the batteries "sealed", they got ruined eventually... Better to just put everything inside...

However, the AQ ESC is pretty much water proof, and I've run it successfully outside the box...

That would be very useful, as the "deck" is curved.

Once I get mine in my hands, I'll do like I did with the TS-2 box and draw something up that I can post for people to make patterns from...

Great news hey guy's. I have been looking at this rig for some time. I think STEVEN needs to sell these and an out board (REK) option as well.
The TS2 hull is not realy up to scratch and this one is going to cop a flogging when I get one to see just how fast it will go.
