Hi all back in April at the Toledo show i purchased 2 outrunner motors from Zippkits both had slight bend in the shafts . I contacted Joe at Zippkits he said he would mail out 2 new motors the next day . The motors arrived 3 days later and work great and Joe did not request me to mail the 2 deffective ones back to the U.S as postage here from Canada would cost me more than what i paid for the 2 motors. I will return them to Joe next April at the show. This is what i call great customer relations as i can not say the same for several other merchants i have dealt with at the show.
