2 new receivers for 13.00 inbound to me from the land of the knockoffs. Eta mid July to begining of August, hopefully sooner than later. Either way Im out of it for a bit.

Not sure of any clubs in your area. Linewbie, myself and Bigford occasionally go down on Saturday. There is a group that goes down on every Sunday of about 3-6 mostly run tugs and military boats nothing fast but they get there around 8am.

My new receivers dont want to bind with my transmitter, or my esc is screwed from a few weeks back. I just received by new, used 180a esc ystrdy, so Im going to try to get it all together this week and back in the water. More to come.

Install bind plug into receiver channel 3. Power receiver light should flash quickly, then hold down bind plug on Transmitter and power on Transmitter should bind with steady light. After that set fail safe.

What about lake ronkonkoma? I saw some guys doing them last week there.

Done that numerous times Newboater. The esc just flashes and beeps just like that day a few weeks back. Before i replace if ive got to do more soldering, but hopefully I can work it all out quickly.
