rescue rig boat recommendation(for pool noodle rig)

got my pvc and pool noodles and going to build a rescue rig that we are all familiar with . was going to use my recoil 26 but now thinking about a cheap dedicated boat for the job .

what would be a good low cost boat to put behind a pvc pool noodle rescue rig? should i go brushed motor? doesnt need to go fast just needs torque .

your thoughts?

tugboats are out the budget ,those can get pricey .
i may need to rescue a spartan and a blackjack 29 .what about the ft009?
