Twin sea kings in Zonda

Hi,bought a used Zonda ,has original 120 sea kings ,motors ,great shape ,when I conected my reciever I used the Y harnes that was wired in the boat ,the issue is either ESC will power on the reciever as tho they didn't cut one red wire in the Y harnes ,this boat is totally stock with little use ,do they come this way new ! Will this create problems with both ESC powering the reciever? And should I go ahead and clip a red wire? Thanks ,

It depends on how much voltage the receiver can take. What receiver is on it?
