I'm looking for some advise about what esc's to run with my MHZ 114 twin that has LMT 2250/7 LK motors now it has seaking 180amp esc's running on 6s but i feel like there way more in those motors

If you are running twins the T-180's should be OK when propped reasonably. The other possible controllers that work well with the LMT's are the MGM 28026, 25035 or 25063. The motor will pull anywhere between 175 and 245A reliably. You can push the T180 close to 300A for short bursts, but be warned it will not last long.

Try X450/3's as a good starting point.
