Programing An ETTI Navy Race 150a ESC???

Anybody know how to program an ETTI Navy Race 150a ESC?? I have the manual for the ESC, it tells how to activate the programing mode, but it does not tell what to once in the program mode. It literally just tells you what "Tones" the ESC will make for different settings. I bought an OSE Raider ESC but unfortunately it wull not fit in the hull i'm working on due to the stringers. I have the ETTI ESC from the boats previous set-up, and it fits perfectly fine, but it's still in the default setting for use with NiMh batteries. Obviously i am going to run Lipo's so that's not going to work, but unless i'm reading the manual wrong i don't understand how to change the setting for use with lipo's. Thanks for any help!
