Getting the atomic barbwire XL to run a little bit faster

Hi guys,

I'm not looking to put in a new stuffing tube or flex shaft but I wouldn't mind changing the esc to a larger one, as well as a slightly larger and more powerful 540 motor and a larger more effective prop. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?

There's a LOT of info in this thread over at RC Groups. There's a trade-off with going with a more powerful inrunner and loosing the self-righting feature, although some report they were still able to get the boat to flip. I've tried two different outrunners with minimal gains and will be moving on to an inrunner next.
