    DF Pathfinder 28 cat

Looks nice. Has anyone tried this hull for p limited or anything else??

It may be small but at 2.4 lbs it's fairly stout.

Same length running surface as a GEICO.

    Anyone try one?

    Let's hear from you please.

Good question My MC is ready to enter it's sixth season of racing(not bad for a boat I paid 120 usd for-minus the sparky stuff) with plenty pf podiums & wood. Always thought the DF Cat would be a worthy replacement. Anyone ?

Sweet, thanks for sharing! Is the gel coat kind of a matt finish or a buffed shine? Can you buff gelcoat to a shine? The old DF hulls were really nicely polished. I know it's easier to see a matt boat but, buffed is nice. :-).

              Anyway, thanks for posting.

I really like DF hulls these days because they seem even more solid than they were in the past. My DF23 is tough as nails like the Cyberstorm I've got.

I better save up or sell something, lol.

No, it's actually a nice weight for spec power plus a bit more power maybe.

McKellips is smoother and likely more favorable for a hull like the size of theDF28. Legg Lake kicks up some after two Thunderboat heats and if nothing else, the Motley takes that in stride (for the most part )

The tubing you used to make your stand, what is the name or type of material? I've been to many a hardware store in Canada and not found the inexpensive stuff to make boat stands. I see the markings but more information would help please, thanks.

Looks like just some schedule 40 pvc thats what I use, its relatively cheap at my local hardware stores or menards. Valencia is the company
