A year of fun with my Supervee has ended with the hull having finally given up. Its cracked badly along the hull/deck seam on both sides and is only fit for the trash can...RIP little sv.
Anyway, at 45+ mph it ended up upside down more often than not, and I've been looking for something that can handle a little better without wanting to "fly" all the time.
I was running the SV with a Hydra 120 and Ammo 2300 and have taken this out ready to go into a new hull, which I have decided will be a DF29.
I wonder if you experienced folks could help me with a shopping list (preferably all in one hit from Steven as I'm in the UK and want to save on the shipping). Also I can't seem to find much on the DF 29 setup and would be grateful for any advice in this department. I'm planning on running 4s1p...and my thoughts are as follows:-
DF29 hull
Adjustable 540 mount
Speedmaster Mono Hardware System
OSE Mono Turn Fins
OSE wide tabs (2")
I already have:
Hydra 120
Ammo 2300 / cooling jacket
Transom water pick up
A selection of props from X437 to X642
Enerland 5100 25c 2 cell lipos x 4 packs
All radio gear
All input greatly received!
Thanks, Rob
