Direct from MGM. Pleasantly surprised with the speed of service, Martin is a pleasure to deal with, super helpful with setup and recommendations. I ordered them only 2 weeks ago and they should be here today. My last MGM order for smaller esc's was more like 3 weeks from order to delivery which is of course amazing considering they are built on demand. Also, for repairs, they are great to deal with.

If/when ordering the 40063's, be sure and get the extra cap banks added. Will post pics of my esc's once they get here.

OK, here's a video of the Maiden run. Running conservative ABC 2215's and had the 250 amp MGM 25063's installed, everything worked fine together. I didn't really like the props, same as in the smaller 54" Mystic, too much lift all around, a 1.4 pitch props seems to be what these hulls like. Was mostly using about 2/3rds - 3/4 throttle in the vid. I did run Prop Shop 6514's reduced to 57mm next but ended up puffing up my Cap's!...that sucked but I should have known, wires too long from the forward 12S packs. So the 25063's are being repaired and upgraded right now, no worries there, those esc's with cap banks would probably be fine in the hull with X457's but for not alot more you can get the 40063's, a no-brainer there. Speed-wise in the video I don't know, it's difficult to visually guesstimate, the hull looks tiny on the water and actually looks like it's not even trying, I really can't wait to run more prop. I can say that running this hull keeps your heart in your throat, you need alot of space to slow down and doesn't turn on a dime of course. Maybe invest in a weightlifting belt if you plan on running your's on your own, it's a backbreaking chain of events from the car to the lake! I actually just lay down a yoga mat on a picnic bench for a solid stand, don't worry, anyone seeing you with a yoga mat won't judge you once they see your boat ;-)

Xmas is here, check out these beasts...added in a blown T-180 for comparison. Power and motor wires look like at least 6awg, gonna be fun to solder tonight.
10x 1500uF/63V cap banks with four more on the controllers, should be enough.

Just finished soldering up all the massive wires on esc #1, started on the second one and soldering station goes dead...no heat...what a serious pain! Proof though how hard it had to work, never let me down for 10 years until now. Anyways, sets me back a few days.
