I've been trying to get a response through email from Kintec racing. Using this email [email protected] does anybody know of if he is on this forum and how I could get in touch with them.

If you order a product you didn't get via PayPal just dispute the charge and he will get back ASAP His communications skills are less than desirable

They stink I have to say. I made and order two weeks ago and sent a question and still have not received a reply. Worst service ever. You are not alone. They even had a phone number you can call but they removed it a long time ago as I know I called and spoke to them.

717-266-5373 was listed in my last paypal invoice. Not sure if it works. I too have not had great luck in communicating with Jan via email, but, my orders are processed and shipped in a timely fashion so I continue to focus business with him.

His shipping is prompt and speedy. I have placed maybe 8 orders with him. Communication is non existent though.

Hi I have ordered some stuff from them 2 months ago and received it in 3 days with tracking number. No problems.

No worries with Kintec. Yes, impossible to contact and that can be very frustrating but you will get your parts and any issues resolved 100%. Might take a while but... I have been through all of the horrid emotions of wondering where my toy boat parts are at from Kintec before. Again, no worries!

I have ordered a few things from Jan in the past too but I usually order most things from Steve here at OSE, great prices, fast shipping and he does host this awesome site!

I've ordered plenty of stuff from Kintec over the years. Never had an issue, but don't bother trying to get ahold of him via email. There is always a phone number on the paypal receipt. You have to remember Jan does this as a SIDE business. He's likely a very busy man and I doubt he devotes all his free time to the hobby.

I made a order on Thursday evening and got it Monday. His services as been first class for over two years for me. I hope he doesn't tarnish his repatriation now.
