Genesis single vs twin

I bought a genesis hull but i wonder if i should go for twin motors og single?
Is there any advantages using dual setup?

Do the boat run better with dual or what?

Well my question first is... for you what i the MPH goal for that boat ?
Then second question will be an it doesn't have to be on the dot or anything just a ballpark number will do just fine. but amount of cash do you have to build/play with lol.... and with those two informed for the forum to see then you will start getting help from people

Twin motors=double the cost/headaches.

If this is you first FE, then go single.

But wouldn't that technically mean double the heat for the hardware/electronics seeing how you would need bigger everything to even come close to a dual?

Like.. If i choose 2 Leo 4082 and 2 T180A Vs 1 4082 and 1 T180? Same props

I find that setup quit expensive... Do anyone knows any cheaper motors?

I run a Dual Mean Machine Cat
This is my budget setup, and it works.
2 -Leopard - 3674 -2200KV
2 - OSE - Raider 150A ESC's
2 - Giant Power 4S - 5000mAmp- 4S2P setup- ESC's are wired so they each see 4S2P
Props are a pair of ABC 1615-17/45 left & right
Speed - 100K
Turns like on rails.

For more speed try a pair of ABC- 1616-17/45
