    I use one pound Foam, it is 2 parts. I only do it in the mold after lay up and cut off the extra, seal the cut area with a sheet of wood and epoxy.

                    I'll do that in the next day or so. I can tell it's not going to soak up water because it's very closed cell on the outside.
