Are the 125 amp esc and the 3660kv motor any good? Or worth keeping compared to other rtr's like proboat 120esc and 2000kv or say aquacrat 60 esc and 1800kv motor.

3660 is motor size, 36mm dia & 60mm long. It is a 1620 kv motor. Worth keeping if you don't need to race in a NAMBA class. Use 4 cells and an Octura M445 or M545 prop with 125amp esc. Have fun. -
I agree with zooma's setup comments.
I run this setup and the stock sss 3660 motor is of good quality and runs great on 4s with an M445 which will get you in the 40mph neighborhood. Corners at full speed like it's on rails. You will have a nice sport boat to start out with.
I did however opt for a 180 amp Seaking just in case I decide to put a more powerful motor in later on.Comment
