how to set up a twin genesis

I just picked up a twin genesis, its having a little torq roll and cooling issues.
it has right and left spinning props does it matter what side they are on? I have seen either side in pics.
one motor is normal & the other is, reversed (spinning the way the prop should).

any help would be greatly appreciated.

from the pic i see your motors are corrected positioned....what temp issues you have.
