Same with mine, except I only got about 2 minutes total of run time out of mine and trying to get some help.

That would be awesome as my son and I are getting into the hobby as I used to be into it years ago and he is showing interest and eventually like to build one ourselves.

The OP failed to mention that his boat fills with water, then quits. No wonder he has problems, water and electronics don't play well together.

I took my boat to my local hobby shop and it was the receiver that was bad. Also, the water issue was due to not enough grease on the flex shaft but my water issue was not severe enough to cause the electrical issues. Thanks for the suggestions and inputs that I received though.

Get some corrosion X You can spray all your electronics let it soak in and then wipe off excess. I treat my boat and Plane electronics. Never had a water related failure.

Do you know what parts they are sending?
I recently had a problem with mine but just assumed the receiver got wet. I'd be nice to know if I should be talking to them as well.
                        Have fun with that....

                          ^^ Dethow,
Customer service is well aware of the problem. Just tell them that the boat cuts out momentarily, then regains power.
Its in the receiver. Well known problem.

Okay... that's all I wanted to know.
I was already planning on switching out my tx/rx to a different brand all together.
Just want to make sure there were not other problems that needed correcting, such as esc.
                            Have fun with that....
