Swordfish 240 Prol 2: works but wont program with the box or computer. Help?

As I said. The unit works but it won't hook up to the computer or programing box. I think I know what I am doing.
I have a 300 and 220 and I can get them to program.

HELP! What am I doing wrong?

Are you running at least a 4s battery? Connect it to the computer, and then connect the battery.

Had a 4s battery on it. Maybe it needs more?

I'll take a photo of mine tonight plugged in. I do know that I have to use my old windows xp computer to run the software.

It should connect the same as the 300 you have since they're both opto. Check to make sure the red wire is making good contact. If it's not programming then it's probably got issues.

Tried an old XP and 10. Strange because I bought 2 units and neither want to activate for programing. The one unit I put plugs on powered up and works too. I don't think it would work if the red wire was messed up. Both units Bad? (Flustered).

Steve Vaccaro help me on this. I emailed yo last night.

So how did you plug it in to the box? Using a 4s pack or recievert pack?
