    Next boat please help 😁

So I am in rc boating a while now, I have a impulse 31with a TP Power 4050 1700kv, but I am interested of acquiring a new boat bigger one, but I'm divided in two options deep-V or catamaran:

    Osprey V-Hull (1075) TP power 4050 1700kv
    Or
Genesis (1045) single engine TP power 4050 1700kv

Running conditions 50% sea rough water and 50% lakes

I want a fast boat with good handling and fun to drive and can handle rough water conditions, I am all ready use to run my impulse on the sea but sme times is just to tricky to enjoy it so I am thinking aboult this two boats.

What would be the pro and cons about this set ups and witch one should I choose ?

Tank you guys very much !
    My best regards Pedro Marchett

Rough conditions I would favor the V-Hull over a catamaran.

      What's your budget?

My vote for rough water is a deep v. I had a 34" v that ran 90+ in choppy water. When it was toned back to 50-60mph it would run in some pretty choppy stuff.
      32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) was

So the problem is that I am from Brazil and this two are the biggest rc boat option that I have in here, and they are almost same price in here like 30 dollars difference.

You think that the osprey will be much better in choppy conditions than my impulse( it will be a huge difference between the osprey and the impulse)?

Because I will still have the impulse, I was thinking maybe getting the catamaran because then I will have to different styles

There are some really good options for you to look at from online sources and if you are really serious about running in salt water, there are some modifications that you will have to make and buying a Deep V bare hull, plus components may make more sense.....the MHZ Lizard Xtreme is a good example in the size range you are looking at. It, as always comes down to money and desires.
