Install the shaft (& liner if used)
bend it in very small amounts with your thumbs
    eyeball it as you go.

fill the tube with sugar or salt and tape the ends shut then bend it at will.

I bent the tubing straight out of the K&S rack - NO ANEALING - even the large diameter stuff for the 1/4" cable in my big cats.

Go slowly and do not cut the tube to the final length until it is bent. I've bent 3/16" tubing in a 3" diameter circle in under 2 minutes, with witnesses.

The way i went about getting my stuffing tube bends right(twin cat) was to put the motors in the spoonons with the wire, flex in the coupler , then run this through to the stinger. i then put a small piece of paper behind the wire, flex and draw the bend on the paper as it is,Then bend the stuffing tube to match your drawing, this will give you a very nice bend in your stuffing tube , one that has the least amount of binding/friction. I've used this method 3 times now with great success. Bending the tube i do with my fingers, just go at it slowly and you will be fine!
