Helping finding flex shafts for HK C1 Flowmaster

Of course the flex shafts from hobbyking are sold out.

Does anyone know where or what I can replace the stock flex shafts with?

these are the ones that came with the boat

found someone on ebay selling the stock hardware.

I dont know enough yet to be making my own flex cables or figuring out how long the prop shafts are etc...

Did you loose your stock shafts? Its pretty easy to measure how long the shafts need to be I just use a piece of electrical wire

Edit: Just noticed the dimensions of the shafts are listed in the hobbyking link. You could just go in the ose store and match a couple up

Well I used to make it all for the EKOS. Can you fit 130 cables in it? If so then I make 4mm x 130 shafts....I stopped making those but may have to start again. I also made wire drives for them and they ended up being the best.

I think I can get 4mm x 130 flex couplers. If not I make the aluminum set screw versions.

After reviewing this boat I would certainly do the .062 wire drive and 4mm x 062 coupler and forget the left right cables. 4mm shafts with 062 wire will run great in that hull with plenty of room for more power. Could even do the 4mm step up shaft to 3/16" then you can run all the 3/16" props like L/R X442. Just options but with them being sold out it could be a long time. I know I sold many for the EKOS and then the boat went out of production and I still get people asking for them.
