i agree completely with lap time is better then speed but that line says a hell of alot for a ski
i was running 6500mah batts in my rigger yesterday and was coming in with less then 40% left. i'd say topout was 60mph
to much work to fit one to my current tub so will see how i fell about them for the next build

She certainly was fast yesterday Wuz. Marvelous what a bit of turn fin & weight adjustment makes eh.
See the danger. THEN DO IT ANYWAY!!!

I have tested my riggers with and without ski's......and what I can say with no doubts is that they love their skis...as more precisely mentioned in turns!
GO FAST AND TURN RIGHT !

I'm not sure what prop Damien was running on his JAE 21, But if you were asking about my Kep's hybrid, I was using a Prather s225 in the last test run before I hit a buoy & broke a spar. I haven't had a chance to try my ABC H series props yet. The motor is a 3674 2430kv TP motor.
New spars have arrived & I'll have it ready for our next test day.
The beauty of the Kep's drawings is that the Skis are designed to be attached with double sided tape, like the different length ride pads. So I guess I can knock one up at some stage & see what difference it makes.
            Thank you Paul.

FWIW, the fastest P-rigger in NAMBA (120 mph) runs rear sponsons.

            That's impressive Jay.

who builds a good JAE to replace my current one?
