Hey all, been in the RC world for a while, but mainly with things that fly above...
I just picked up a HobbyKing C1 FlowMaster Cat 920EP
Ran about 4 packs through her and she seems to handle everything pretty well. No issues so far. Of course I already have the upgrade bug and looking at changing some stuff...
From what ive been reading I think these will be my steps of upgrading the boat:
1) New props maybe to give it a bit more top end? Currently it has 36mm 1.4p 3 blade plastic props... any suggesionts? They have 4mm hole. 920EP Propeller D36 P1.4 3 Blade (R/H) and (L/H).
2) The Escs that come with the boat at 60A 3s rated, so i can either switch them out and get different motors and run 4s, or stick with 3s as i have 4 3s batteries and maybe grab some higher KV motors? I would have to see what the amp draw would do to the escs... suggestions?
3) Anything else?
